ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer

Jobgether is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer in India to lead the development and implementation of custom applications and platform solutions. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, or development
• Hands-on experience with custom applications, platform solutions, and system integrations
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, UI Builder, and Script Includes
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM processes, Discovery, Software Asset Management, and Service Catalog workflows
• Experience with data extraction, ETL integrations, and automated bi-directional integrations
• Ability to produce technical design documents and participate in operational planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to pursue ServiceNow certifications, including CSA, CAD, or ITIL Foundation preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
