ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - FSO

NewRocket is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our India team within our Customer practice. The role is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Senior Business Analysts to capture customers' business processes and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Experience
• Experience with CSM, FSM, FSO product areas on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Fundamental understanding of the CSM data model.
• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• Proficiency with documentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow-specific certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required, current or obtain within 6 months.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (specific domain area) required, current or obtain within 6 months
• ServiceNow Pre-sales accreditations
• ServiceNow Micro-certs, nice to have!
