ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - FSO/CSM

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex situations.
• Fundamental understanding of the CSM data model.
• Fundamental understanding of key technologies for ServiceNow integration.
• Proficiency with documentation software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow-specific certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology field (preferred)
