NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with Custom Applications, Integrations, and Health scan and Platform experience. The role involves leading a team, developing customizations, and ensuring successful ServiceNow project delivery for clients. The company emphasizes a 'GoBeyondWorkflows' approach and is dedicated to creating new experiences for its customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow
- Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and automated integration
- Experience with Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, etc.)
- Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation
