ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer

NewRocket is a ServiceNow partner helping enterprise leaders solve complex problems. The Senior Software Engineer will lead a team of Software Engineers in providing custom API and integrations, focusing on project service delivery and utilizing ServiceNow best practices. NewRocket offers comprehensive training and mentorship, and offers opportunities to innovate and contribute to challenging projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems and/or platforms using both mid-servers and cloud.
• Experience with web services integration (SOAP, REST) and automated systems.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and related concepts.
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
• Able to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and Module Accreditations.
