We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and developing on the ServiceNow platform, managing workflows, implementing new systems or add-ons, and resolving problems. The role requires hands-on expertise in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ServiceNow while working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in administrating, managing, and developing on ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) is required
- Strong foundational knowledge and expertise with ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules
- Experience as a developer is a must
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working effectively in a remote team setting
