We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management. The role involves leading and executing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation, and delivering platform scalability. This consultant will bridge technical expertise with business requirements, collaborating with various teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Translate business and process requirements into technical configurations.
- Implement workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Configure data imports and UI policies.
- Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow implementations.
- Prepare technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years ServiceNow experience. Strong scripting & implementation skills (JavaScript, GlideScript)
