We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant with deep knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least 3 years in a consulting or technical delivery role
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and/or ITAM module implementations
- In-depth understanding of CMDB, Discovery architecture, asset lifecycle, service mapping, and operational integrations
- Proficiency in client/server-side scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer
- Experience in building integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server architecture
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across ServiceNow implementations
