EY is seeking a ServiceNow-ServiceNow Architect-Manager to lead a team in Service Now Practice, manage complex implementations, and drive sales enablement. This is a global role requiring experience with large global teams and experience in working with them. The position involves building internal relationships and people development.
Requirements
- Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now
- Design and develop Service Now solutions
- Oversee Service Now modules for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops
- Build and deliver projects according to EY objectives
- Maintain educational programs for staff development
- Contribute to people-related initiatives
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 7-13 years of ServiceNow experience. Experience in ServiceNow Implementation Certification, ITIL and Agile methodologies is preferred
