This role involves requirements gathering, documentation, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective and integrated ServiceNow solutions. The analyst will focus on translating business needs into technical specifications and facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Work with technical teams to design and document solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Understand and document As-Is business processes.
• Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off.
• Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses.
