We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint to configure and optimize these platforms for a client's team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and managing ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and functionalities
• Proficiency in improving and customizing SharePoint environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with technical/non-technical stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
