We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint to join our client’s team based in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will configure and optimize ServiceNow and SharePoint platforms in alignment with organizational and process improvement goals.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and functionalities.
- Proficiency in improving and customizing SharePoint environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
