ServiceNow Solution Architect - Fixed Term - Immediate Start

Datacom is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration of their internal IT service management platform to ServiceNow. The role involves defining the target architecture, designing integrations, and working with stakeholders to deliver a scalable and secure platform. The Architect will focus on identifying business needs, establishing governance, mentoring delivery teams, and ensuring alignment with security requirements.

Requirements

• Proven ServiceNow Solution Architect experience leading enterprise migrations or large-scale platform implementations.
• Deep knowledge across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, ITOM, ITSM integrations)
• Strong experience with data migration: discovery tools, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation.
• Solid integration architecture skills: REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, webhooks, message queuing patterns.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or higher, CIS, CIS-ITOM desirable)
• Excellent stakeholder, workshop and communication skills
• Experience establishing governance, CI/CD and source-control for ServiceNow development
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles, with evidence of delivering business outcomes
