Datacom is migrating their internal IT service management platform to ServiceNow, seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration, define the target architecture, and drive data migration. The role involves translating business needs into a scalable ServiceNow platform, establishing governance processes, and working with stakeholders to deliver a successful transition.
Requirements
- Proven ServiceNow Solution Architect experience leading enterprise migrations or large-scale platform implementations.
- Deep knowledge across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, ITOM, ITSM integrations).
- Strong experience with data migration: discovery tools, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation.
- Solid integration architecture skills: REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, webhooks, message queuing patterns.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or higher, CIS, CIS-ITOM desirable).

Requirements Summary
