This ServiceNow Solution Architect - Service Portal position seeks to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Service Portal solutions for enterprise clients. Requirements

• 5–10 years of application development experience in SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with in-depth architectural knowledge.
• Strong expertise in Service Portal products and ITIL v3 process implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML, Web Services, PowerShell, Shell Script.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL), web servers (Jakarta Tomcat, Apache), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow Fundamentals certification required; Implementation Specialist or other module certifications preferred.
