Requirements
- 5–10 years of application development experience in SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software environments.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with in-depth architectural knowledge.
- Strong expertise in Service Portal products and ITIL v3 process implementation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML, Web Services, PowerShell, Shell Script.
- Familiarity with databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL), web servers (Jakarta Tomcat, Apache), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals certification required; Implementation Specialist or other module certifications preferred.
