NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect with Integrations experience to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers who provide development of project professional services for customers. The role involves implementing and developing customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale complex professional services projects.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of IT Services and proven architecture experience
- Minimum 4 years preferred work experience on the ServiceNow platform
- 5+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
- 5+ years of client facing consulting experience
