ServiceNow Solution Architect

Peraton is looking to fill a critical role for a ServiceNow Solution Architect. As ServiceNow Solution Architect and AIOps SME, you will be responsible for technical leadership and subject matter expertise for identifying and enabling Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives on existing and new programs within the business sector, specifically using ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years of experience with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years of experience with Ph.D
• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI
• 2+ years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure related to ITOM and/or observability solutions
• 2+ years of ServiceNow hands-on development
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Experience with ITOM and observability tools and capabilities, and the data that they generate
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence
• Experience engineering solutions with: Cloud-based technologies including AWS and Azure
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation

Benefits

• Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000
