We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to bring innovative thinking, strategic guidance, and technical expertise to our ServiceNow practice.

Requirements

  • Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform that are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
  • Lead the technical strategy for ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with their IT landscape.
  • Design and implement integration strategies for complex multi-system environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system blueprints, integration diagrams, and data models.
  • Own the overall quality for delivery of each project
  • Evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate to enhance service offerings.
  • Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, promoting best practices in coding, configuration, and customization.
  • Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow features and third-party integrations to enhance solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to develop road maps for continued adoption and expansion on the platform
  • Conduct technical reviews and assessments of ServiceNow implementations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong client relationships, providing expert advice and strategic insights on leveraging ServiceNow to achieve business objectives.
