The Solution Architect, ServiceNow is a functional and technical expert consulting responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical solutions that align with business requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Strategy
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes
- Implementation or management experience on various ServiceNow modules, including Customer & Contract Management, Complex Case Workflow, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Mobile Publishing, Platform Analytics (Advanced), and Automation Engine
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams
- Certified in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM and CIS-CSM), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
