Fujitsu is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and lead ServiceNow-related technical engagements. This role involves integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, conducting research, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with stakeholders. The architect will ensure scalability, security, and efficiency of ServiceNow implementations, and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
- Experience with SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, Workday, SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
