We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the financial sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on implementations within the financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, data models, and APIs.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security Incident Response, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, GRC, and HR Service Delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
