They are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead a team and develop custom integrations, apply modern ITSM practices, and provide expert guidance to customers. NewRocket prioritizes both ServiceNow expertise and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development.
- Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms.
- Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting.
- Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
- Continuous education in ServiceNow.
