DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Consultant to support the growth of our IT Service Management solutions in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT or customer support, with 1-3 years of experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT or customer support
- 1-3 years of experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow
- Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies
- 1+ years of experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices
- Fluent in German and English, another European language would be an asset
