We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Specialist to drive our IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ServiceNow development and a deep understanding of ITAM and CMDB processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow platform development.
  • Experience in managing technical teams.
  • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow, including ITSM/ITAM solutions and principles.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow SAMPro for Software Asset Management
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing enterprise-wide IT asset management policies and solutions.
  • Advanced ServiceNow development and customization skills.
  • Understanding of hardware, software, and license lifecycle processes.
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles and data risk management.
  • Strong analytical abilities and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
