ServiceNow SPM Developer

Credence is a technology company providing solutions to defense and health organizations, aiming to increase mission success through AI/ML, enterprise modernization, and intelligence capabilities. They are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Developer to support development and configuration of the SPM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholder workshops. The role involves automation, reporting, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Implement and configure SPM modules (Ideation, Demand, Project & Portfolio, Resource, APM).
• Build and maintain prioritization models, approval chains, and intake pipelines using Flow Designer.
• Develop scoped apps, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies to automate demand-to-project workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Design Performance Analytics indicators, dashboards, and custom reports.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to map processes, demo solutions, and gather feedback.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in automated flows and custom code.
• Monitor system performance and apply optimizations.
• Collaborate with business to define and optimize the intake process.
• Participate in backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Actively participate in agile/scrum environments.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for professional development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
