Citizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules for enterprise initiatives. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, streamlining operations, and enhancing user experience. This is a full-time, remote position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development
- 5+ years of strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building
- Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP, ITSM, and DEVOPS
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship is required
