AHEAD builds platforms for digital business. As a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant, you will utilize your ServiceNow expertise to architect, design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
- Expert knowledge on at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform
- Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
- Recognized expertise in own area within the organization
- Demonstrate deep expertise across multiple technologies
- Able to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches
- Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness

- Able to travel of at least 25%
- Lead contributor to their team and the organization as a whole
- Bring thought leadership to our organization and our customers
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies.
- Coordinate cross-practice and can contribute to cross-practice deliverables can help draft standards
- Lead multiple resources when on a cross-practice project
- Be an early adopter of new certifications
- Utilized by presales for opportunity identification, scoping and positioning services and products including opportunities across practices and engages pre-sales to begin new campaigns that cross practices
- Primary contributor to complex workshops that span multiple practice areas inside of AHEAD
- Be able to provide advanced data or situational analysis that requires the evaluation of intangibles
- Drive scoping, planning, and methodology for critical projects
- Work on impactful and unique issues
