R5 Labs is seeking an independent ServiceNow Consultant to lead strategic implementations and optimization projects focused on Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The role involves working directly with clients, analyzing needs, and delivering customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction within the EMEA region. This is a remote-first position.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM, SPM, ITAM, or ITOM modules
- Proven track record managing concurrent ServiceNow projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to effectively manage remote projects
