We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer and Administrator for an Individual Contributor role focused on ServiceNow Portfolio management. This role involves configuring, managing, and enhancing the ServiceNow SPM platform to support project governance, intake, and reporting, collaborating with IT PMO, business leaders, and technical teams. The position requires a shift-work schedule (night shift) and onsite visits to Makati.
Requirements
- Configure, manage, and enhance the ServiceNow SPM platform.
- Oversee and improve the ServiceNow SPM platform (intake forms, dashboards, time tracking, and reporting).
- Provide accurate portfolio data for strategic planning.
- Manage the SPM enhancement backlog.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field. 5+ years experience with ServiceNow SPM Modules. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Salesforce, and ServiceNow integration
