This ServiceNow Subcontractor position focuses on configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms. The role involves individual contributor work, interaction with global teams, and integration of SAP technologies. The individual should define standards, guide platform architecture, and ensure platform health for end-user adoption.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in technical solution design and implementation
- Proven management/influencing abilities
- Experience with creating ROI/value propositions for customer software implementations
- Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management (ITSM)
- Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM toolset
- Experience in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM or HR products
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Creation of Glide Record object, Business Rules, UI actions, custom related list, ACL s
- Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script. Glide Ajax, Glide Form (g_form), Glide User (g_user), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide
