We are looking for a ServiceNow Support professional with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business process maps, administering, maintaining, and supporting existing processes, and developing new processes according to ITSM best practices using ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 2-3 years of Experience with ServiceNow the GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment
- Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- ServiceNow mainline certification CSA/CAD/CIS of GRC
