Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in an IT Support role, with a focus on ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • ITIL certification.

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive attitude and taking initiative.
  • Must reside in the Netherlands.
