NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability and usability of the SAMPro module in ServiceNow, configuring and maintaining SAM PRO applications, and managing user access and security roles.
Requirements
- Work with developers to maintain the stability and usability of the SAMPro module in ServiceNow
- Configure and maintain SAM PRO applications, workflows, and business rules to meet business requirements
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions associated to CI, Asset, OT, and SAMPro
- Develop and optimize SAM PRO processes, forms, and views
- Create and edit ITAM reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and procedures for CMDB, Hardware/Software Assets
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on CMDB, Hardware/Software Assets
- Identify and document defects/bugs and ensure resolution
- Provide QA support for new CMDB, Hardware/Software Assets features, configurations, and upgrades
- Continuously improve SAM PRO and processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and user experience
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow and ITAM Teams to configure, develop, support, and maintain the platform
- Configure, Manage and Maintain all Models, including, but not limited to, software, hardware, and consumables
- Troubleshoot Software Model to Software Installation match
- Coordinate with the ITAM Team to manage the lifecycle of a model from creation to retirement
- Manage ServiceNow License configuration to report on the ServiceNow license compliance for the different modules GPI owns
- Understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) business & technology model
- Work with the CMDB Master Data Lead to manage the Class and Category alignments with Models and CI’s
