We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. The role focuses on daily administration, configuration, and support of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, with a specific focus on HR operations. This involves a mix of administrative tasks, development of new functionalities, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Validation
- Maintain HR Taxonomy and HR Criteria
- Develop and implement new functionalities for HR Operations
- Create and maintain System-related knowledge articles
- Participate in ServiceNow development grooming calls
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyzing data
- Attend and represent the team in meetings
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Requirements Summary
5+ yrs ServiceNow admin exp. HRSD experience preferred. Proficient in UAT & data analysis. Strong communication & problem-solving skills
