ServiceNow Systems Administrator (Systems Administrator 2)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will develop and implement scoped applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with business analysts, and provide technical support during the implementation and maintenance phases of ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• 2-3 years relevant ServiceNow Administrator experience
• US Citizenship and ability to be obtain a security clearance.
• Experience with SOAP and REST API development
• ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes area highly recommended
• Ability to communicate to all levels of end users, IS and Management staff
• Active in the ServiceNow community, including having attended Knowledge events, user group meetings, and participating on discussions in the ServiceNow online forums
