The ServiceNow Systems Analyst will consult and deliver on complex assignments and projects to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires experience in ServiceNow Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Agile-related roles.
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 5+ Years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, or other Agile-related role within a development team
- Proven track record as a strong collaborator and communicator
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents
- Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) or related domains or ServiceNow modules
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
