The Digital Systems Integration & Analytics Lead is a senior technical role responsible for unifying enterprise data flows, integrating core business systems, and delivering advanced analytics. This role ensures data accuracy, connectivity, and actionable insights, enabling operational reporting and strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, U.S.-based, Remote position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow configuration, reporting, and data modeling.
- Proven track record leading enterprise system integrations (ServiceNow required; ERP/CRM experience preferred).
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with API design, data transformation, and cross-platform workflows.
- Deep understanding of ITSM, asset lifecycle management, and PCaaS processes.
- Demonstrated ability to standardize KPIs, build executive dashboards, and deliver actionable analytics.
