• 8+ Years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation
• Extraordinary problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HR, SPM, IRM, and CMDB
• Extensive experience across the platform and with integrated third-party technologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
