This role involves leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow platforms, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring alignment with best practices. Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM
  • Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
  • Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
  • Work closely with business stakeholders
  • Lead a team of developers
