EY GDS is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect - IRM to join their client team. This role involves leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow platforms, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring alignment with best practices. The role focuses on delivering customized solutions to meet client needs and potentially evolving into lead positions within the architecture.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
- Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
- Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module
- Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
- Work closely with business stakeholders
- Lead a team of developers
