SDI Presence LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to drive the strategic vision and hands-on execution of ServiceNow platform consulting and implementation. This role focuses on translating business objectives into scalable platform solutions, managing governance, and supporting developer enablement, while acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role is supported by ServiceNow Developers and Business Process Consultants.
Requirements
- Deliver hands-on expertise in one or more ServiceNow module suites.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Ensure ServiceNow implementations meet contracted requirements and obligations.
- Design user-intuitive catalog items and develop orchestration workflows.
- Provide leadership through developer mentorship.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming standards, methodologies, and languages.
