Requirements

• Define and design ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Lead technical strategy, roadmap planning, and architectural decisions.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process consultants, and developers.
• Guide implementation teams through complex delivery scenarios.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Design and manage integrations with external systems.
• Review and approve technical documentation.
