As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will have a leading role in translating strategy and design into execution of customer projects, delivering practical technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations for various customers.
Requirements
- Demonstrable consulting experience in a direct, customer-facing role within a service-oriented organization, with experience working on multiple projects.
- Certification in at least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and/or Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
- In-depth expertise in one or more core ServiceNow modules, such as SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, GRC Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk or Audit Management.
- Expertise in developing ServiceNow solutions to address business problems.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills in JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
- Ability to prioritize correctly in a complex environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver customer presentations at all levels.
- Understanding of Agile implementation and project management methodologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region and beyond.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and English.
