ServiceNow Technical Consultant

TTEC Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their growing ServiceNow practice area. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions for clients, working remotely with US-based time zones. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration methods, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.
