ServiceNow Technical Consultant: Participate in customer workshops, develop ServiceNow solutions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment
- Scripting skills such as Java Script, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, Angular JS are highly advantageous
- An understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles and procedures
- A high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and preferably experience in building custom applications and integrations with other platforms
