We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support our growth in the ServiceNow Business Group in Belgium. The Technical Consultant will straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver ServiceNow solutions. The role is responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring, and coaching to meet their unique business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD SecOps and/or other topics)
  • Experience in consulting external customers
  • Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working and/or frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
  • Technical Skills: (Strong) experience in the full life cycle of Software Development, from business requirements analysis to solution design, testing and go-live. Experience in system performance analysis and documentation. Experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules. Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, AngularJS with ServiceNow. Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, background scripts.
  • Personal Skills And Qualities: Strong personal commitment to quality service, Good to have experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role, Highly focused on customer satisfaction, Ability to switch between multiple tasks/projects/contexts, Curious and self-learner, Ability to assume leadership and work without direct supervision, Strong interpersonal communication skills and like working with customers in problem solving mode, Capacity to travel, Fluent in Dutch and English, another European language would be a pre

Requirements Summary
