We are looking for ServiceNow Technical Consultants to support our growth in the ServiceNow Business Group in Belgium. The Technical Consultant is responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring, and coaching to meet their unique business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD SecOps and/or other topics)
  • Experience in consulting external customers
  • Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working and/or frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
  • Strong personal commitment to quality service
  • Good to have experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role
  • Highly focused on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to switch between multiple tasks/projects/contexts
  • Curious and self-learner
  • Ability to assume leadership and work without direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and like working with customers in problem solving mode
