As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Requirements
- Analyze and understand customer requirements; translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITSM and CMDB implementations.
- Manage instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Work with relational databases and ServiceNow APIs (client and server-side).
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Participate in Agile teams and contribute to iterative solution delivery.
