DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support their growth in the ServiceNow Business Group in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have experience with the ServiceNow platform and be able to design and shape the technical architecture of the platform. The role involves implementing functionalities to meet customer requirements, producing technical documentation, and working with clients to help them with their ServiceNow challenges and successful implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor/master's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in consulting external customers
- Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
- Strong experience in the full life cycle of Software Development
- Experience in system performance analysis and documentation
- Experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules
- Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, AngularJS with ServiceNow
- Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, background scripts
- Expertise in creating and configuring tables, forms, lists, reports, workflow editor, email notifications and managing data under ServiceNow support & administration
- Expertise in writing test plans, test scripts, test cases and generating reports in defect report tools from the market
