Requirements
- ITIL Foundation certification and ITIL process experience
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Implementation Specialist, key modules like ITSM/CSM/HRSD/SPM)
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with web services (XML/SOAP/REST) and basic JavaScript
- Fluency in English or French
