ServiceNow Technical Lead

Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses. We serve clients in all 50 states with more than 200 branch banking locations in Illinois, southwestern Florida, northwestern Indiana, west Michigan and southern Wisconsin and commercial banking offices in Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids, Mich., and in key branch banking locations throughout Illinois.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and Certified Implementation Specialist
• Expert level knowledge and experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (Incident Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Change Management)
• Advanced level knowledge and experience with at least two of the following capabilities: ServiceNow IT Asset Management (Hardware and Software Asset Management), ServiceNow Security Operations (Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response), ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (Enterprise Architecture and Demand, Capacity, and Resource Planning), ServiceNow Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Ability to use a consultative approach to the needs of suppliers and business units while orchestrating and managing project efforts. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
